By enrolling in the Temple Reclaimed Coaching Program (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service, which outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Client and Dr. Wanda Chadwick (“Coach”) under the laws of the State of Florida.

1. Program Description

Temple Reclaimed is an 8-week, faith-based wellness and weight control program designed for women seeking spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation. The Program includes weekly coaching sessions, educational resources, spiritual and nutritional guidance, community support, and tools for long-term health.

2. Client Eligibility

This Program is for women only, aged 18 and over, who are ready and willing to take ownership of their health, invest time in the process, and follow guidance offered. This is a faith-based program and will include prayer, scripture, and biblical principles.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required prior to the start of the Program. No refunds will be issued after the

program begins, regardless of participation level or outcome.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal and health-related information shared in coaching sessions or private

groups will be kept confidential and handled with care and discretion.

However, please note that:

Group calls are not considered private settings. Testimonials may be shared with permission.

5. Disclaimer

This Program is

educational and spiritual in nature

and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Dr. Wanda Chadwick is a natural functional medicine practitioner, acupuncture physician, nutritionist and

wellness coach—not a licensed medical doctor.

You should consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any major lifestyle or dietary changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of the Program, the Client agrees to:

Show up for coaching calls on time. Complete all recommended exercises and assignments.

Participate with integrity and a willingness to grow. Maintain respect and privacy within the community

7. Termination Policy

The Coach reserves the right to remove any Client from the Program at any time for behavior

that is deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or non-compliant with these Terms.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials shared within the Program (PDFs, videos, audios, teachings) are the

sole property of Dr. Wanda Chadwick.

These materials may not be reproduced, shared, or used outside of the Program without express written consent.

9. Technology & Access

Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection, email access, and the ability to view course materials online. Technical issues on the Client’s end will not warrant refunds.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in Temple Reclaimed coaching program,

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these

Terms of Service. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
